I had a wonderful day today.
I worked out and signed up for the Curves 6 week challenge. I got lots of "studying" done for work and even finished my Bible Study lesson. The only thing I haven't quite fit in yet is prayer time. But I should be able to do this as I lay down to sleep.
I've been doing this internal cleanse that the vendor from Genesis Today gave us from our training class and I seem to be doing really well on it so far. I've been limiting my animal products, drinking soy milk, getting my flax in and eating lots of greens and veggies. Surprisingly, it's quite gentle and doesn't put a cramp in my day. This is a nice head start for the 6 week program I will begin at Curves next week.
Speaking of Genesis Today, we'd been taking their 100% pure Noni for the last few weeks and already noticed some positive differences. But since we ran out last week, we finally broke down and bought us a bottle tonight. It's God awful stuff--the foulest, nastiest thing you will ever smell and worse, taste, but man we feel better once we're on it. The biggest thing I notice is that I am less moody/irritable and I don't feel exhausted after a long night at work. So that got me excited. Michael has noticed that his foot pain is not as bad when he takes it. So hey, it may all just be in our head, but 2,000 years of usage for healing and medicine has to stand for something. I'm really looking forward to the Genesis Today seminar/dinner we will be attending on Wednesday night in Dallas. I am actually quite pleased with the products that I have sampled and look forward to sharing the information with our customers.
